Our memories are unique and valid. Setting an intention to fully inhabit our bodies and see through our own eyes, we will practice saying yes to whatever comes to the page.
You choose when and with whom to share your story.
The best part of Writing for Healing classes is having the support of a group of peers as you explore and assert your truths. Sharing your writing with the group is encouraged but never required.
